Project Overview

It started with efficiency and communication. We created a solution to bridge the gap between corporate marketing and the individual sales team’s needs with multiple workflows and multiple creatives in various formats.

One of our clients wanted a single source where all the sales reps could order customized collateral material for their clients and restaurants in their territory. The purpose was to take brand management out of the salesman’s hands and back into marketing hands and create a centralized platform that unified processes without sacrificing brand integrity.

Our digital team worked to create a unique web solution that would enable a single-source digital platform that would be a communications conduit between the sales team and marketing.

It kept brand assets intact but with a more customized solution that built the connective tissue to the sales team’s individual needs across the country while keeping the marketing management assets intact and on point.

An order management system with all the tracking capabilities needs to be in the market on time efficiently through the creative approval process.
