City of Brampton - Creative Campaign Design

Project Overview

Rayment & Collins collaborated with the City of Brampton to revamp and help diversify the reach for the city’s yearly Brampton Fire recruitment campaign.

The approach was to develop a visual and inspiring campaign to communicate the significant benefits of choosing Brampton Fire and Emergency Services as a career path and have this message resonate with all community members while highlighting the benefits of becoming a firefighter. Using minimal yet strong imagery, Rayment & Collins wanted to grab attention and deliver a subtle yet impactful message related to the recruitment program. All with one common element – the firefighter’s shadow, allowing the viewer to see themselves as a member of the Fire & Emergency Services team. The result was a campaign across Digital Channels and Out of Home advertising throughout the city.
